Account Manager (Contract-to-Hire)
East Side Indianapolis, IN | $26/Hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking an Account Manager to support domestic and international customers in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for order management, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage customer purchase orders
• Coordinate order changes, updates, and back orders
• Communicate order status and resolve customer issues
• Partner with Inventory, Sales, Accounting, and Shipping teams
• Ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service or account management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• International customer service experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
