Dispatcher

We are looking for a dependable Dispatcher to support a busy construction and contractor operation in Toledo, Ohio. This is a Contract position that requires strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and a calm approach in a fast-moving environment. The person in this role will help manage daily technician scheduling, communicate closely with field staff and operations leadership, and keep service activities organized throughout the workday.

• Previous experience in, customer service, call center support, or a similar fast-paced administrative role.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the patience and professionalism needed to work effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams.

• Ability to stay organized, dependable, and detail-oriented while managing multiple priorities at once.

• Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based software platforms for scheduling and communication.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with a consistent approach to meeting daily operational demands.

• Ability to make practical scheduling decisions and adapt quickly as service needs change throughout the day.

• Experience in a construction, contractor, service, or inside sales environment is helpful.
