Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00/hr on W2
Schedule Time: 1st Shift / Day Shift; Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Position Summary:

• Performs core warehouse material handling functions including picking, labeling, put-away, kitting, forklift operation, transport driving, and receiving.
• Supports manufacturing operations with timely material distribution and performs daily inventory transactions in SAP.
• Leads the daily Cycle Count Program, troubleshoots basic material movement errors, and assists with internal/external quality and safety audits.

Responsibilities:

• Pull materials accurately and in a timely manner to support manufacturing demands; assist supervisors with material shortage resolutions.
• Execute daily receiving and inventory movement transactions in SAP; troubleshoot basic transaction errors and assist in training peers.
• Lead daily cycle counts, train team members on cycle counting procedures, and lead internal/external cycle count audits.
• Operate forklifts and transport equipment safely to move materials, kits, and finished goods across the warehouse.
• Strictly adhere to site safety protocols, participate in monthly safety walks, and review/improve department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain effective communication across teams and adapt to changing operational priorities.

Must Have Skills:

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred (or 3+ years of relevant warehouse experience / 5+ years overall experience).
• Forklift Certification: Active and valid Forklift Certification is required.
• SAP Systems: Hands-on experience performing daily SAP inventory transactions and basic movement troubleshooting.
• Warehouse & Inventory: Proven background leading or executing cycle counts, receiving, kitting, picking, and manufacturing material support.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Industry Background: Prior material handling experience in a fast-paced medical device or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Process & Audit Support: Experience leading safety walks, reviewing SOPs/DOPs, or assisting with regulatory audits.

Additional Information:

• Selection Process: Interview required prior to placement.
• Shift Details: Early morning shift (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday).
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite in Union City, CA.
