Production Foreman | Manufacturing

CV Resources is partnering with an established local manufacturer to identify experienced Production Foremen for multiple leadership openings at its Caldwell, Idaho facility. These are confidential opportunities for hands-on production leaders who enjoy building strong teams, improving processes, and driving quality and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We are hiring for multiple department-level Foreman positions, with opportunities to lead teams supporting various areas of production. Specific department assignments will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation

Approximately $65,000 base salary, with significant bonus potential and total compensation opportunities of up to $130,000.

Schedule

Full-time, onsite position with an early production schedule and a four-day workweek.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise production employees to achieve daily and weekly goals

• Monitor quality, productivity, labor efficiency, scrap, rework, and downtime

• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

• Coordinate staffing and workflow to maintain production schedules

• Train, coach, and mentor employees

• Partner with other departments to resolve bottlenecks and production issues

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Address performance, attendance, and conduct issues

• Document production performance and communicate results to leadership

• Promote a positive, accountable, and performance-driven team culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience leading a large production team

• Production Supervisor, Foreman, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership experience

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to motivate teams and drive measurable results

• Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, or a related environment

• Strong focus on quality, safety, and accountability

• Basic computer and production reporting proficiency

• Ability to work onsite and support production needs, including occasional overtime
