Production Operator

• Weekly pay of $18.50 per hour

• Assemble mechanical components, wiring, hoses, and plumbing systems on equipment units.

• Perform basic electrical wiring and connections for switches, gauges, and control panels.

• Install pumps, motors, belts, hoses, and other key components.

• Conduct testing on completed units to ensure proper function, including water flow, pressure, and vacuum systems.

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in the handling and operation of mechanical equipment and tools.

• Day Shift, 6:00 am to 6:00 pmSunday, Monday, Tuesday

• Wednesday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm

• Production Operator experience required

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in assembly, automotive, small engine, or related work.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, plumbing, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Possess a high level of technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and follow written instructions.

• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.

• Strong focus on quality and precision to ensure all systems meet company and industry standards.

• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and management regarding work status, issues, and solutions.

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

• Displays punctuality and consistent attendance.

• Experience with a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
