Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Production Manager job in Olive Branch, MS. As a Warehouse Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operation of the Production Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring a safe efficient operation in achieving business targets.
Salary:
Starting salary of $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience, plus benefits available.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a warehouse production environment
- A leader who can motivate, train, drive accountability, and flexible enough to adapt to change
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in all platforms of Office 365
- Must be able to provide training and give direction
Responsibilities for Production Managers include:
- Perform team management duties to include coaching, training, disciplinary action, safety practices, and scheduling and motivating
- Monitor and optimize warehouse production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate the distribution of labor, adjusting work assignments and schedules while responding to fluctuating production needs
- Manage daily labor efficiencies, downtime, quality control
