We are looking for an experienced Financial Advisor to join a respected independent wealth management firm in Westborough, Massachusetts. This position is well suited for a client-centered individual who enjoys guiding individuals and families through thoughtful financial decisions while building lasting relationships. The role offers the chance to expand an existing book of business, contribute to firm growth, and progress toward a senior advisory capacity.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by delivering personalized financial guidance aligned with their long-term goals.
• Create comprehensive wealth planning strategies that address investment objectives, retirement planning, risk management, and broader financial priorities.
• Identify opportunities to attract new clients through networking, referrals, and proactive business development efforts.
• Conduct client meetings to review financial plans, evaluate progress, and recommend adjustments based on life events or market conditions.
• Partner with internal team members to ensure a high standard of service, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up on client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory expectations, and market activity to support sound recommendations and compliant advisory practices.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the advisory team by strengthening client retention and supporting the transition of relationships into a lead advisor structure.• 5–10 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or private wealth advisory services.
• Demonstrated success in developing business through networking, referrals, and relationship-based sales.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and build credibility with clients.
• Active Series 7 and 63 licenses, or equivalent combination of Series 65 and 66.
• CFP designation strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven background in financial planning and wealth management for high-touch client relationships.
