Job Description

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to serve as the financial right hand to operations leadership located in Greensboro, NC. In this high-impact role, you’ll combine strong financial planning and analysis capabilities with hands-on project leadership to shape capital decisions, strengthen operational performance, and ensure the business is investing in the right priorities.

This is more than a traditional FP& A role — it’s a chance to be a strategic partner across operations, supply chain, and plant leadership, helping the organization make smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operations.
  • Partner with supply chain and operational leaders to support business decisions.
  • Evaluate capital investments and support long-term planning.
  • Perform financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and return on investment.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and help drive execution.
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance and key metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support profitability

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive FP& A experience, ideally supporting operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
  • Strong experience developing capex business cases and conducting ROI, NPV, and IRR analysis
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver against deadlines
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with an ERP system and business intelligence/planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or Power BI
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA
  • Experience in a multi-site or capital-intensive environment
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
