Location: North Versailles, PA
Pay: $18.00+ per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (schedule may vary based on job site needs)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Utility Laborers for a growing utility and construction company in the North Versailles area. This is a full-time opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and performing hands-on excavation, piping, and construction work. Candidates should be safety-conscious, physically capable, and interested in building a long-term career with excellent advancement opportunities and benefits upon hire.
Job Responsibilities - Perform a variety of utility and construction labor tasks at job sites
- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials, equipment, and tools
- Operate jackhammers, drills, and other construction equipment
- Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, ramps, and temporary structures
- Dig ditches and trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
- Locate existing underground pipes using locating equipment
- Assist with piping installation and repair projects
- Perform landscaping and general labor duties as needed
- Follow all job site safety requirements and procedures
- Valid Driver License required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Previous utility, construction, excavation, landscaping, or labor experience is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to dig, shovel, rake, and perform manual excavation and landscaping work

Required PPE Steel-toe boots and long pants are required.
