Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do

• Serve as the go-to contact for customers and provide outstanding service
• Process customer purchase orders and support production scheduling
• Track inventory levels and help ensure orders are fulfilled on time
• Communicate order updates, changes, and confirmations with customers
• Create reports and analyze order, sales, and inventory data
• Collaborate with operations, shipping, maintenance, sales, and design teams
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and customer concerns
• Support accounts receivable activities and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate vendor information, tooling, artwork, and production requirements
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and help drive operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Administrative, office support, or customer service experience
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable work ethic and a customer-first mindset

Bonus Points For

• Manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or warehouse experience
• Experience with inventory management, order entry, or purchasing
• Accounts receivable or accounts payable exposure
• Experience working cross-functionally across multiple departments

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanger, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
