HVAC Installers

Adecco is currently seekingCommercial HVAC Installers, Journeymen and Apprentices, to join a growing team specializing in commercial mechanical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HVAC professionals and individuals looking to build a long-term career in the trade while working on a variety of commercial construction and retrofit projects.

Pay: $25/hr + DOE
Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, ductwork, and related components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork to ensure proper system performance and airflow.
• Install refrigerant lines, controls, and electrical components in accordance with project specifications.
• Perform system startup, testing, and troubleshooting to verify proper operation.
• Follow all safety standards, building codes, and company quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to support project completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Apprentice Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC installation projects under the guidance of experienced Journeymen.
• Learn industry best practices, safety procedures, and HVAC installation techniques.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support job site setup, material handling, and equipment installation activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.

Qualifications

Journeyman HVAC Installer

• Valid HVAC Journeyman License or equivalent certification 
• Commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring or training apprentices preferred.

Apprentice HVAC Installer

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical concepts.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
