Strong HR generalist and HR leadership experience in a high-volume, hourly workforce environment
Strong employee relations experience handling investigations, terminations and coaching
Knowledge of New York employment law, wage requirements & HR compliance
Experience managing or developing a small HR team, or clear readiness to step into a leadership role
Hands-on approach with a willingness to support hiring, onboarding, HR administration
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, ideally Paycom/ADP, would be a major plus
English/Spanish bilingual capability
