Job Title: Packaging Line Worker
Job Description
This role supports a fast-paced production facility by performing packaging, labeling, loading, and basic quality checks on finished products. You will work as part of a production line team to ensure products are accurately packaged, safely handled, and prepared for shipment according to established standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and support the packaging line in a fast-paced production environment.
- Package finished products according to established procedures and specifications.
- Label products accurately to ensure correct identification and traceability.
- Load finished products onto pallets, carts, or other transport systems for shipment or storage.
- Assist with basic quality checks to verify that products meet company standards.
- Handle materials as needed, including moving, staging, and organizing items for production and packaging.
- Support general production and assembly tasks when required.
- Assist with warehouse-related activities, including loading and unloading, as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work assigned shifts reliably and flexibly, including additional hours when needed to meet production demands.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous production or assembly work experience beyond minimum requirements.
- Experience with material handling in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Background in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading.
- Willingness to work additional hours when requested, depending on production needs.
Work Environment
This position is based in a semi climate-controlled production facility, providing a more comfortable environment than many traditional industrial settings. You will work on-site in a manufacturing area that supports continuous production operations. Shifts run Monday through Friday with three standard schedules: 1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 2nd shift from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and 3rd shift from 11:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Additional work on Saturdays is typically voluntary and may be available based on production needs. The environment is fast paced and team oriented, with a focus on safety, consistency, and efficient workflow.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
