Customer Service Representative

A growing service organization in Parsippany NJ is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join its customer service and dispatch support team. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests
• Communicate appointment updates, schedule changes, and technician information
• Support dispatch operations by gathering and maintaining accurate service information
• Document customer interactions and service details within company systems
• Follow up on open customer matters and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and internal departments to support daily operations
• Maintain accuracy and organization while managing a high volume of activity

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, service coordination, dispatch support, or administrative support
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and business software
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Dispatch or field service industry experience is a plus
