This is an excellent entry-level warehouse opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and contributing to a fast-paced operation.

As a Utility Operator, you'll play an important role in getting products prepared and shipped accurately and on time by:

✅ Picking products to fulfill customer orders

✅ Packing items securely for shipment

✅ Packaging office and facility supplies according to quality standards

✅ Building and organizing pallets for shipping and storage

✅ Labeling, staging, and preparing outbound shipments

✅ Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed

✅ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment

✅ Working with teammates to meet daily production goals

• Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Comfortable with lifting, bending, and repetitive warehouse tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Flexible and willing to assist in different areas of the warehouse

• Previous warehouse experience
• Pick-and-pack or distribution center experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn new skills and advance within the company

You'll work in a clean, well-ventilated distribution center handling office products, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and related materials. This is a hands-on role that involves walking, standing, lifting, packing, palletizing, and supporting shipping operations throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveport, OH.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
