Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Lumper jobs in Coppell, TX. As a Warehouse Lumper, you will unload, organize, and stage products and materials within the warehouse. Warehouse Lumpers play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and timely delivery of goods to our customers. Weekly pay starting at $16/hr and great benefits available!
Skills and Qualifications:
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and safely unload products from incoming trucks and containers and load products onto outgoing trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Sort, organize, and stage products in designated areas
- Build and break down pallets and ensure that products are stacked securely and wrapped properly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment
