Job Title: Electronics Assembly Technician
Job Description
This role focuses on assembling small electronic components for a variety of manufactured units in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. You will follow computer-based work orders, use hand and power tools, and contribute to efficient and accurate assembly line operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small electronic parts and components according to detailed work orders and production specifications.
- Read and follow computer-based work orders accurately to ensure correct parts, tools, and assembly steps are used.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with machine operation in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
- Attention to detail when working with small electronic components and assemblies.
- Strong reliability and consistency in following safety procedures and wearing required protective equipment.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a climate-controlled, very clean, and well-maintained production facility focused on assembling electronic units. You will wear company-supplied smocks and ESD (electrostatic discharge) equipment to protect both you and the sensitive electronic components you handle. The environment is organized and process-driven, with computer-based work orders guiding daily tasks. Work is performed on an assembly line using hand tools, power tools, measuring tools, and basic machinery. Multiple shifts are available: a first shift from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday; a second shift from 3:50 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday; and a weekend shift from 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday through Sunday, working 36 hours. The facility emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and consistent procedures to support efficient production.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
