About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused MRI Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have strong MRI knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI examinations using appropriate protocols and positioning techniques.
• Prepare and educate patients before procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Screen patients for MRI contraindications, including metal implants and pacemakers.
• Administer contrast media as required and within scope of practice.
• Review images for quality and accuracy before submission.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR/PACS systems.
• Follow MRI safety, infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• ARRT (MR) Certification – Required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology.
• 1+ year of MRI experience preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, MRI procedures, and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
