Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler
Job Description
This role focuses on fabricating specialized VIB apparatus, assembling and installing control panels, and building integrated pump and waterflow systems. You will work with both mechanical and electrical components, including a clear-top polishing chamber used to finish metal from 3D-printed parts. The position requires accurate interpretation of drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure high-quality, precise assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate VIB apparatus according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Assemble control panels and install them into the VIB apparatus, ensuring proper fit and function.
- Build and assemble pump systems and waterflow systems in the base of the apparatus.
- Install and integrate the clear-top box section that polishes metal from 3D-printed components.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide assembly work.
- Perform electronic assembly tasks using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Use hand tools safely and effectively to assemble, adjust, and secure components.
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members, including designated leaders, to complete production goals.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Essential Skills
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with electronic assembly tasks.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools for mechanical and electrical assembly work.
- Experience assembling control panels and integrating them into larger systems.
- Ability to assemble and connect pump and waterflow systems with attention to detail.
- Strong attention to accuracy and quality in fabrication and assembly.
- Capability to follow detailed instructions and work from technical documentation.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills to work within a structured assembly team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working on electromechanical apparatus or similar complex assemblies.
- Working with 3D-printed metal components or polishing systems.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
