Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Phoenix, AZ 85017. This is a 3-month contract position paying $18/hour, with a potential temp-to-perm opportunity based on performance and business needs.

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including order filling, shipping and receiving, material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.- APPLY NOW!

• Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM; a 40-hour workweek, with occasional evening or weekend hours based on business needs.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Fill orders, including wire cutting and pipe order filling.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Handle shipping and receiving of products.
• Assist with loading and unloading freight and delivery trucks.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and improve productivity and accuracy.
• Ability to learn and use handheld RF scanners and warehouse operating systems.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including Order Picker and Sit-down Forklift.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and pull heavy objects weighing 50+ lbs.
• Must have punctual, regular, and reliable on-site attendance.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Casual attire such as jeans, hoodies, and T-shirts is permitted.
• Avoid loose clothing or accessories that could get caught in machinery.
• Safety-toe shoes are required every shift.
• Safety vests and work gloves will be provided on site.
