Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly according to company policies.
- Review orders for lead times, product availability, and compliance with ordering requirements.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or product-related issues.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, Sales, Marketing, and other functional departments.
- Represent the customer’s needs and feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Gather and report account information, customer satisfaction trends, and changing requirements.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Support a customer-focused service experience.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
- SAP experience required.
- Solid and consistent work history.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a high school diploma with significant customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
