Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Memory and mobility issues, however still very lucid. Looking for my mother to have a 3 or 4 hour break - for 3 days a week.... she is the sole caretaker and needs a break. This would mostly be babysitting - helping with TV, avoiding falls, meal prep. He wears diapers... could have an accident every once in a while... not very common. About the care needs: Really just need someone to assist if needed... he is still pretty independent. He is not looking for a companion... more just someone to help if he cannot figure something out. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
