Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great nanny for our 1 child who will be 6 months old when they would start. We will need someone 2-3 days a week 8:30-5 p.m. starting December 1, ideally Wednesday and Thursdays and most Mondays. I will be working from home starting January 1 and my days will mostly be spent at home with some days out of the home. We would like someone who can help our daughter reach developmental goals, stay consistent with her sleeping and eating and be a loving person for her to spend time with. We would also need someone who is comfortable with a small dog- very much to himself, to let him out throughout the day in our yard.
