Babysitter Needed for my Children

I need a recurring sitter that will work with a 4-year-old on flash cards & fun learning activities. No cleaning necessary. He is partially potty trained so we need to encourage that. He is slightly speech delayed but can be understood well. High energy. I would need a nanny outside of school hours on a recurring basis. Im away some nights & weekends.
