Role Description The Chiropractor will provide comprehensive chiropractic care to patients, including conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, and performing spinal and musculoskeletal adjustments. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking detailed patient histories, ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic tests, documenting visits thoroughly, and educating patients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications. The role involves collaborating with support staff, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to all clinical, safety, and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Waldorf, MD, requiring consistent availability during clinic hours and active participation in practice growth and patient outreach.

Qualifications

  • Strong clinical knowledge of the spine and musculoskeletal system, including assessment and treatment of related conditions.

  • Proficiency in chiropractic techniques and therapeutic adjustments, with a focus on patient safety and comfort.

  • Background in medicine or health sciences sufficient to understand differential diagnoses and coordinate care as needed.

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution and current, unrestricted chiropractic license (or eligibility) in Maryland.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and build trust with diverse patients.

  • Strong documentation, organizational, and time-management abilities for maintaining accurate health records and managing a full patient schedule.
