Associate Attorney

Williams Law Firm of Lake of the Ozarks is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of practice experience to join our growing team in the Lake of the Ozarks area.

Our firm serves a diverse client base across a variety of practice areas, including real estate, business law, estate planning and probate, and family law. We take pride in maintaining a collaborative environment where attorneys work together, support one another, and are committed to achieving excellent results for our clients.

This position is primarily litigation-focused. Candidates should have experience handling all phases of litigation, including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation. Experience taking and defending depositions and participating in trials is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
\n
• Active Missouri Bar license
\n
• Valid driver's license
\n
• 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred
\n
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
\n
• Ability to manage cases independently while working as part of a team
\n
