Blue Spruce Health is a Vermont Direct Primary Care practice, and we’re adding a physician in Williston.

\n

In DPC, patients pay a membership instead of routing everything through insurance. That removes most of what makes primary care exhausting — no coding, no prior authorizations, no documenting for a billing department. What’s left is the medicine. Panels are a fraction of the usual size and visits end when the conversation does.

\n

We’re open to full-time or part-time. Full-time includes leading and mentoring our NPs and PAs as the Williston team grows. Part-time starts at 0.5 FTE, with a schedule built around your constraints rather than ours — we’d rather have an excellent physician two or three days a week than compromise to fill five.

\n

Compensation: $235,000–$270,000 base at full time, prorated for part-time, plus a panel growth bonus — total compensation can exceed the range as the practice grows. Benefits, malpractice, CME, and licensure covered.

\n

Living here: Williston is ten minutes from Burlington — Lake Champlain, strong schools, a regional airport with direct flights, and Stowe and Sugarbush under an hour. Short commutes are normal.

Who we’re looking for: BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, licensed or eligible in Vermont. Someone who wants to help shape a growing practice rather than inherit a finished one.
