Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics and determine appropriate repair procedures
• Complete general automotive maintenance and repair across multiple makes and models
• Perform timing belt and timing chain repairs
• Diagnose and complete engine repairs and replacements
• Perform transmission-related repairs
• Evaluate, test, diagnose, and repair vehicles independently
• Maintain repair quality while working efficiently in a production-focused environment

Qualifications

• Approximately 8-10+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong general automotive repair and multi-make experience
• Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
• Experience with major repairs, including timing belts, timing chains, engines, and transmission-related work
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
• Proven ability to work efficiently, with a target of approximately 55 produced hours per week
• Professional tools appropriate for an experienced automotive technician
