We our seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced nanny to provide individualized, high quality care for our grandson with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate will create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports his development, sensory, communication, and emotional needs while collaborating closely with us. Establish and maintain consistent daily routines. Engage with him in developmentally appropriate activities, play-based activities that build skills in communication, social interaction, fine/ gross motor abilities and independence.
