What You'll Do:
As a School Bus Driver Trainee, you will participate in our comprehensive training program and learn how to safely transport students to and from school and other activities.
During training, you will:
- Complete classroom and behind the wheel training with certified instructors.
- Learn state and federal school transportation regulations.
- Prepare for and obtain your CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
- Learn defensive driving techniques and student management skills.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and safety checks.
- Develop the skills necessary to safely operate a school bus.
After successfully completing training and licensing requirements, you will transition into a School Bus Driver role.

What We're Looking For:
- At least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements.
- Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and DOT physical requirements.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Who you might be:
- Veteran seeking PT work.

Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly and perform required vehicle inspections.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and use vehicle safety equipment.
- Ability to assist passengers during boarding, exiting, and emergency evacuations.
