Resturant Cleaner - Now Hiring

Rose Cleaning Co. | Rochester, NY

$18–$20/hour | Paid Weekly | Part-Time or Full-Time.
$1/hour raise after 1–3 months based on performance.

Our biggest need is Monday–Saturday mornings.

REQUIRED: At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience, your own reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and working smartphone with reliable service.

The Schedule:

A typical morning:

6:00 AM – First restaurant
8:00 AM – Second restaurant

Some locations can be cleaned earlier overnight if you prefer true overnight hours.

Want full-time hours? Continue onto additional cleaning projects or join our Residential Cleaning Team after your restaurants are complete.

The Job:

You'll clean restaurants and bars while they're closed, so they're fresh, sanitized, and ready to go before opening. You'll sweep, vacuum, mop, clean restrooms and dining/bar areas, remove trash, follow location-specific checklists, take before-and-after photos, and secure the building when finished.

After you're trained on each location, you'll typically work independently. It's a great fit if you like putting your headphones in, listening to music or a podcast, staying busy, and taking pride in your work!

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has at least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
• Is dependable, punctual, and communicative
• Is comfortable working independently
• Is detail-oriented and can follow written checklists
• Is comfortable using a smartphone for work

• Is comfortable with hard, physical work — including standing, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc. 

   

Restaurant, bar, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is a big plus.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs

Preferred qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the cleaning & maintenance services industry
