Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort Front Desk Full-Time

Our Front Desk Cast Members play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our Guests—from welcoming them to the Resort to helping make their stay as magical and seamless as possible.

Because Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort is open seven days a week, candidates must have availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Starting Rate: $20.00 per hour

While the role includes everyday responsibilities such as operating a computer and hotel check-in system, handling cash, and performing light cleaning, one of the most important parts of the job is delivering the “Disney Difference.”

Our Cast Members are fully trained to provide knowledgeable, personalized information about all aspects of the resort, helping Guests make the most of their stay and create memorable vacation experiences.

It takes a special kind of person to do this well! A friendly demeanor, positive attitude, attention to detail, and a sincere desire to help others are essential to creating the warm, welcoming experience our Guests expect.

Here is what you will need to be successful in the job:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, up to eight hours, is required. Some heavy lifting may also be required.
• This is a Full-time position requiring full availability five days per week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You must be fully available to work national and state holidays, as the resort operates seven days a week.

It would be helpful if you also have:

• Ability to speak a language other than English
• Previous Front Desk or Guest Services experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for creating a welcoming and positive Guest experience
