Pay: $16.00–$16.55/hr 

Looking for a steady manufacturing opportunity with a consistent schedule and the potential to get hired in? We’re hiring Production Operators in Louisville, KY to join a fast-paced automotive manufacturing team.

• Tuesday–Friday
• 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• +$0.35/hr shift premium

• Friday & Saturday: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• +$0.55/hr shift premium

What You’ll Do

• Operate production and assembly equipment used to manufacture automotive parts
• Load, position, assemble, inspect, stack, pack, and move parts
• Follow work instructions and production specifications
• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality issues
• Monitor machines and report equipment or production problems
• Work at different stations based on production needs
• Meet daily production and cycle-time goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Operate industrial lift equipment/forklifts when assigned and qualified
• Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for 12-hour shifts
• Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
• Must be able to pass required drug screening and background check
