Event Prep Technician

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Tour Prep Technician tests and prepares cable and builds work trunks for tours.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

• Attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy to ensure production at expected quality and quantity levels.

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client driven, demanding environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude under sometimes challenging conditions.
• Prompt, consistent, and dependable attendance is a requirement for this position.
• Availability to work overtime on short notice, including weekends, when necessary
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Peeling tape, cleaning of cable
2. Pulling from inventory and looming of cable for work trunks
3. Assisting with check in process of work trunks and cutting apart cable upon return from tour
4. Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks
5. Assisting with cycle counting of all gear
6. Testing of all cable on testing machine
7. Assisting with shipping and receiving when necessary
8. Drive Clair vehicles with either gear or personnel at any time of the day.
