Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team as a Home Health Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive in their own homes. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers

• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and activities

Requirements

• 1 years of experience (or equivalent)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
