About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans that cater to the specific needs of our patients and residents. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and that our facilities exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and residents

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans that cater to the specific needs of each patient and resident

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care

• Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper nutrition and meal planning

• Conduct quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our nutrition services meet industry standards

• Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
