Export Documentation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare export documentation for ocean, air, and land shipments.
• Process and validate commercial invoices, COOs, Free Sale Certificates, and other country-specific documents.
• Communicate with stakeholders such as the sales team, warehouse/loading facilities, freight forwarders, vendors, USDA, State Department, and customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of export shipments.
• Maintain organized and cataloged export files.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable for timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
• Manage sample procurement, packing, and shipment via UPS/DHL.
• Prepare export documentation for trade shows and marketing activities.
• Support the international sales team on assigned tasks 

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in logistics, international studies, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2–3 years in relevant work experience.
• Skills:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to learn quickly and retain information.

• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., move, and pack boxes; walk to and interact with the warehouse regularly 

Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000/year.
