Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals working the night shift. As a CNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver patient-centered care, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure a safe and clean environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign measurements, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, toileting, and mobility

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in care conferences and develop individualized care plans

• Report any changes or concerns to the nurse in charge

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
