Nanny- Westchester, NY

A family in Westchester, NY is seeking an experienced and highly organized Nanny/Family Assistant to care for their two children. The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, and confident, with the ability to foster development through attentive care while also assisting with light household management. Flexibility for travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for two children (reading, playing, teaching, outdoor activities).

• Prepare childrens meals and clean up afterward.

• Clean and organize childrens bedrooms and closet, organize and rotate toys.

• Handle childrens laundry (wash, fold, put away).

• Arrange playdates and transport children to classes/activities.

• Maintain childrens schedule/calendar in partnership with parents.

• Support nap routines, bath/bedtime routines, and daily transitions.

• Light housekeeping and household organizing

• Grocery shopping and errands (dry cleaning, packages, etc.).

Travel Responsibilities

• Provide calm, proactive care during domestic and international travel.

• Maintain routines while adapting to new environments.

• Pack/unpack childrens belongings and manage travel supplies.

• Plan age-appropriate activities during trips

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a nanny with infants/toddlers.

• Highly organized, responsible, and engaging.

• CPR and First Aid certified.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends.

• Professional, discreet, and collaborative with parents.
