Casper Mountain is seeking a Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Casper, Wyoming. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans that improve residents’ mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. You’ll play a key role in delivering hands-on care, supporting patient progress, and contributing to a positive rehabilitation experience.

• Provide treatment interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist

• Assist residents with exercises focused on strength, mobility, balance, and coordination

• Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the supervising PT

• Instruct patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques

• Ensure proper use of assistive devices and safety precautions

• Document treatments accurately and timely in accordance with regulations

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

• Active Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

• In good standing with all applicable licensing boards

• Experience in Skilled Nursing or long-term care preferred

• Familiarity with Net Health documentation system is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
