Full-Time | In-Person | School-Based | $55–$86/Hour + Sign-On Bonus
Platinum Therapy is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Palm Springs, CA.
This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students while providing individualized speech and language services in a collaborative school-based setting. You'll work alongside educators, families, and other professionals to help students develop communication skills and make progress toward their educational goals.

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy
Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and other members of the educational team
Help create a positive, supportive environment that promotes student growth
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current California SLP license/credential or eligibility to obtain the appropriate California credential
Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills
A student-centered approach to care
