Job Description
Location: Falmouth, MA 02540
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Flex Shift
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Shift Times: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM / 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekend: Every Other Weekend
Holidays: Rotating
Pay Rate: $28–$32/hr
Current CNA Certification
Previous healthcare, nursing home, skilled nursing, or LTC experience preferred
Ability to work evening and night shifts
Every other weekend availability
Rotating holiday availability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and ADLs
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
Take and document vital signs.
Assist with feeding and hydration.
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Assist nursing staff with patient care within CNA scope.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
Support residents' emotional and social well-being.
