Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to help guests achieve their goals and regain independence

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop targeted treatment plans

• Utilize a variety of techniques and interventions to promote healing, strength, and mobility

• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in patient care conferences and provide input on treatment plans and strategies

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio

• Minimum 0 years of experience in rehabilitation or healthcare setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
