Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Joplin, Missouri! Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and treatments for residents in our senior living community

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to help residents achieve their goals and regain independence

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plans

• Participate in in-service training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Missouri
