About the Role:

As a CNA at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign monitoring, and hygiene care

• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Assisting with medication management and treatment administration under the supervision of licensed medical professionals

• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest care delivery methods and best practices
