What will you do?
  • Execute TIG and/or MIG welds on a variety of metal components and subassemblies.

  • Inspect every weld for proper penetration, aesthetics, dimensions, and structural integrity.
  • Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances.
  • Prep materials—cutting, grinding, cleaning, fitting, and positioning—before welding.
  • Apply tack welds and use fixtures to maintain alignment and critical dimensions.
  • Identify and remedy porosity, fusion issues, and other weld defects.
  • Maintain welding equipment and report tooling or machine concerns quickly.
  • Adhere to PPE rules and OSHA-compliant safety practices.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized to support flow and safety.
  • Meet production schedules without compromising quality requirements.
  • Assist with other welding/fabrication tasks as needed.
What do you need to bring?
  • 1+ year experience with TIG and/or MIG processes.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols accurately.
  • Experience across steel, stainless, aluminum, or similar metals.
  • Competence with basic measuring and inspection tools.
  • Detail orientation and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
  • Capability to lift/move materials as needed.
  • Welding certification preferred, not required.
