Forklift Operator/Inventory Specialist

Are you a skilled forklift operator with a sharp eye for detail? We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator & Inventory Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Neenah! In this dual-focus role, you will play a critical part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly by driving forklifts, handling inbound freight, and maintaining high inventory accuracy through routine audits and cycle counts. If you enjoy a combination of power equipment operation and detail-oriented inventory tracking, this is a great opportunity to jump right in with a strong hourly rate and flexible 1st shift hours!

Job Location –Neenah, WI

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Contract

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$21.75/hr

Required Experience –At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Equipment & Receiving: Safely operate forklifts to unload, stage, and put away inbound vendor freight according to location standards.
• Inventory Control: Perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and complete inventory adjustments.
• Tracking & Verification: Verify item counts, lot numbers, and packaging against documentation using handheld scanners and WMS software.
• Safety & Maintenance: Conduct pre-equipment inspections, adhere to safety policies, and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting.
• Basic computer and handheld scanner skills.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
