JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified 
  • Licenses: Active West Virginia License, DEA Required
  • DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of Hospital Medicine experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide day shift onsite coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM managing inpatient care.
  • Manage an average daily census of 9 patients.
  • Collaborate with 24-hour physician coverage for patient management and escalations.
  • Perform admissions, discharges, and daily rounds on inpatient unit.
  • Perform procedures within NP/PA scope of practice in hospital medicine.
