Deli - Deli Clerk

Deli Clerks are responsible for slicing, cutting, weighing, preparing, packaging, displaying, pricing, and merchandising any and all deli/hot foods products and other items maintained by the department. Deli Clerks inform customers about deli/hot foods products.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service helping customers at our Deli counter
- Slice and package deli meats and cheeses for grab and go case
- Prepare and package scratch-made salads
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the Deli

Physical Requirements:
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and/or climbing throughout the entire workday
- Repetitive arm and hand movements; bending, carrying, and lifting
- Requires transferring product either horizontally or vertically of up to 50 pounds
- Weekend, evening, and holiday work will be required; flexible hours

Currently in need of closers - must be available to work until 9 pm, and least weekend day.
