Staffing Coordinator - CNA
$25.99–$27.45/hour, based on experience. Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm, with occasional weekends. No rotating overnight shifts. Full-time CNA Staffing Coordinator role at Pitman Manor, a UMC assisted living, memory care, and rehab community in downtown Pitman, NJ, an easy commute from Gloucester, Camden, and Salem counties.

We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator who wants a steady weekday schedule, hands-on time with residents, and a direct hand in keeping our care team fully staffed.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage the daily CNA staffing schedule so every shift is covered
- Step in to support residents and staff with meals, activities, and transportation
- Coordinate resident schedules and service plans with the care team
- Take part in care planning meetings and share updates with families
- Track supplies and place orders as needed
- Answer CNA staff questions about scheduling and coverage
What You'll Need:
Required:- Active New Jersey CNA certification
- Prior experience in long-term care setting
- Prior experience with staff scheduling and workforce coordination
- 5+ years of long-term care or sub-acute care experience
